Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you order – but we understand that things don’t always go to plan. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are printed on demand and made especially for you, which means we do not hold stock. For this reason, we’re only able to accept returns or issue refunds in the case of:

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged items

  • Faulty or misprinted items

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll either send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please refer to the size guides provided on each product page to ensure you order correctly.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve gone into production, which typically begins within a few hours of purchase. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
